Hello, I was talking to a few people that I let read the premise of my script and they all seemed to think it was more of a cartoon series, than a movie. How can you tell which the idea is suited more for. Or can the idea be taken either way.

I've been wondering. When I'm writing about either monsters or machines and even people. How much description do I put into it? Do I go into complete Detail or not? and could someone give me an example of what would be the right way.
