anyone care to share their settings with me? How many weights did you use at the bottom? How far did you extend the telescoping post? I'm using it without any accessories right now, and just bought a bogen quick release plate to make it easier to re-install the camera. Any tips would be great.

How fast should the lense zoom, when doing it from the remote? I remember it going a bit faster. Actually mine zooms really slow. Not exactly creep, but damn close. Is everyone else experiencing the same thing? I got my camera new about a month ago. I bought a new battery thinking it was dying...

I'm mildly freaking out because I turned on my hvx200 today, and noticed a strange, loud buzzing sound coming from the lense when I zoom in or out. It happens once I pass the focal length of 10 and continues all the way up to 55. The sound is there if the servo is engaged or disengaged...

I just received my camera today, and love it so far. However, when i engage the nd filter to the 1/8 position, a prompt pops up on the screen and says, "nd:off" when i put it in the 1/64 position, it reads, "1/8" that looks like an obvious malfunction. Has anyone else ever noticed this...
