Is there a way to dub the footage I shot on the Panasonic HVX200, which is now on my hard drive (no longer on P2 cards), to a miniDV? With original timecode! :Drogar-Evil(DBG):

I shot on the PanasonicHVX200, on a P2 card, 24fps. I downloaded this to my computer's hard drive. When I import the files FCP they come in at 59.94fps...? My capture and sequence settings are both for DVCPRO HD 720p24. Therefore, when I drop my footage in the timeline it wants to render. Why...
