Editing P2 footage with FCP - is that online or offline?

Shot: Panasonic HVX200, 24p

Edit: FCP 5.1, sequence presets 720p24

Ingested the footage straight from hard drive, so FCP makes a .mov. Is this a full resolution file? In other words, am I doing an online edit here?
