I'm confused what ND filter do I need, to use with 7D on an average 1 p.m. sunny day (clear sky). I would want to shoot with f1.4, 1/60, lowest ISO possible. Also I have 4x4 Matte Box with two trays. My budget for ND - $150. Is it possible? Thanks a lot!
