On page 51 of The HVX Book "Interlace lines on progressive footage" Barry talks about this problem.
Is there a way around it ? A pulldown? or do I have to film in "i" instead of...
hi,
I'm using CS3 on a PC with my HVX and I'm really happy with how well it works with the MXF files. I've burned HD to dvd, by rendering uncompressed avi in After effects, import to Encore, burn SD dvd. These have looked awesome. Recently I have filmed some complex motion (*dogs running slow...
Could anyone using this monitor with the HVX 200 give me any feedback on it?
I searched the forum, and other than when it first came out, (and not many had used it) I can't find any feedback on it. I want to use it for focusing - ("Focus in Red" , "Pixel to Pixel") -will it work as well as I...
Hi,
I'm filming dogs running in bright daylight. I'm shooting 720/30pn at 60fps in film cam mode. Should I change the shutter speed to 1/1000 or change the syncro scan degrees? I want to pull some stills from this footage as well, would that affect my choice?
thanks.........dave

I just got my HVX and I've been reading Barrys book ( Awesome! - I can't imagine how hard this would be without it!) I want to film in 720pn. Can I bring 720pn into Premiere CS3? Would I use 720p setting? Thanks!........dave
