Trying to look at a tape shot on Sony FX-1. Pressing play produces blank (blue) screen. Anyone know if there's any tweaks or anything to get this to work? Ultimately I need to capture this footage..

I own a DVX-100b but have rented a ex-3 a couple times for a few music videos ... on the DVX there is a backlight button you can push to resolve that issue, but not sure how to do it on the ex-3 ... anyone?
