I would like to record timecode from Protools into an audio channel on my dvx. I know it is possible to record, but how do I get FCP to recognize the timecode? Avid Xpress can do it.

Does anyone know if you can capture QT with Vegas? I don't want to buy it before I know for sure it can. I normally use Avid Xpress Pro to capture QT, but now I can't export QT after upgrading to QT 7.
