I am planning to record a corporate video with EX1 and a 7D. In some parts I will record at the same time with both cameras. Obviously I will record the audio in the EX1. To sync in NTSC world recording at 30P in both cameras will be sufficient? in both cameras 30p is truly 29.97?

I see in the "other forum" that two people have managed to record in SSD cards (not SDHC whit adapter). One person said that now he can record on Lexar 8GB SSD cards. The other person said that he can record in a Transcend 8GB Expresscard34 SSD. Can somebody confirm this?
