Yet another music video -- forest, zombies and great performance

I really liked it. It was fun. Nice thing is that it actually went somewhere, so it kept our attention. Was the "director's footage" shot on the dvx and made to look like 8mm or did you actually shoot 8mm? It looked convincing nonetheless. I really like the warm yellows in the first part. Nice.

lighting was simple only a few 1.2 HMIs for the night sequences. We tried to use them during the day but realistycaly outside you would have to have a 4k HMI for which we woldn't have the power... The budget was low but still OK for low budget music video after all they had to drive us there so yeah 15 pass plus cube truck.

Bravo. Excellent music video. Extremely well done on all fronts. I suppose the biggest compliment I can give it is that, as I was watching it, I wasn't critiquing any aspect of how it was shot or anything like that and was instead just really enjoying the hell out of it.

I've always been of a fan of music videos that work the band and the music into the actual proceedings of the video and don't just cut from the "main video" to show the band playing - I feel its more creative and harder to do well but that's just me.

On a side note I really liked the song too.

Well said. I must say I ireally like the song, also. Does this band have an album out?

Nice video/coloring. It had a retro feel to it that fit well, because the lead singer/guitarist resembled Hendrix. :)

Good job!

Definitely nice. I learned a lot, took a bunch of notes. You wouldn't be interested in sharing with me a dozen or so bullet points of what to do, how to do?
