[Jarred Land]

Superhero is a super hero.. if you think your mom is a superhero then have at it.

Criteria will be announced in a couple days.

Thanks to all the filmmakers and huge props to all of you that voted and commented. A lot of the scores are pretty close, so you all did a great job.

And thank you, Barry!

[EditPhish]

Thanks Barry and Jarred for all your hard work on this!

[Jarred Land]

Hero-Fest is the next one.

[SilverWolf]

Hey john is that sig. of yours a play on kindergarten cop ?

[J.R. Hudson]

Hi Silver

It's TRUE LIES (Couretesy of MattC and I having a convo about having to ban asshats)

[Brandon Rice]

So, what's with the special awards? I am very curious about the editing and screenplay awards

[SilverWolf]

Crap you're right. it was the conversation in the plane after his wife found out he was a spy. I could hear his voice in my head

[Norm Sanders]

Okay, got the flick from Blockbuster (Domino), got the detergent with a load of wash going now, and just read through the 15+ pages that quickly accumulated since I left.

Wow, congrats to the winners! No offense to Jarred's baby, but I was really digging the 2nd place prizes, so I actually envy Jdanstan the most!

What a quandry ... wanting 1st place, but getting to rock with that DV Sportster! Time to get on it, Jack, now with the Superhero Fest.

Now we're in a tough bind, as we're already planning a 20-30 minute dramatic short, but I know we'd love to do superhero. Hmm....

[Brandon Rice]

Dude, you got in the top ten Norm! Congrats on that!!

[Jack Daniel Stanley]

Is this the first HERO FEST banner?

are we going top have images in signatures anymore?

hee hee.

[Daniel Skubal]

aww man! you beat me to it! haha I am working on one right now

[Jarred Land]

oh crap.. imaged are off in sigs.. damn. let me go fix that.

[Norm Sanders]

Thanks, Brandon, we're all winners when you think about it, since we're all in the top SOMETHING.

Barry_S/Jarred, I know it's a lot to ask, but will we be seeing the accumulated scores for each section for our films? I'd love to see how our score ranked compared to others, etc.

I'm sure you guys will be further adding/tallying things, so I should probably just get to watching DOMINO, and check back in the AM.

Thanks again for all the hard work in this fest ... just wish there wasn't another tempting one to do now so soon.

[Jack Daniel Stanley]

Seeing the top ten reminded me how many kickass films there were in this one -- man this one was VERY competitive ... whew.

Congrats EVERYONE.

[Norm Sanders]

You JUST now noticed that?!:banned:

Oh, and I'm just kidding, Hudson. Please don't Ban Jarred.

Oooooh, and my sig's back! Totally out of date now, but it's back all the same.
