free demo DVD for the HVX200

Hi Guys,

Sorry but it is coming. Version 2 ran out before they took it off the web. Oops. But Version 3 will have more stuff on it. We were waiting for two things. One from Japan side and a 4D model thingie. Both cool, so worth the wait. We still have your names and addresses and #3 will ship, I am hoping within a month.

From our website, no it won't but other countries will have the files and they can produce one with the content that we have.

It doesn't tell you any more than what we already know. It pitches P2 technology and shows side by side comparisons of DVC PRO HD and HDV.

Not much else to glean. Just the "Ooh and Ah" factor.

No big deal... I don't know that I'd even watch it now that I actually have my HVX. ...Now if you wanted to send me a P2 card instead, I'd gladly pay you for that. :) I'm chasing 8GB cards all over the place and nobody is getting them in... A few people have managed to snag one or two out of the first shipment it seems, but that's it. I'll probably just have to pick up a couple 4GB cards and live with that for a while. :(

There are three projects that we have been trying to finish so that they could be included. These took longer than anticipated. One is a guidebook, one is a 3-D model and the other is a comparison.

Sorry for the wait, we are aiming for Mid- March release.

Hey, I got it ages ago, and the hidden gem is the 720/24p WM file on the disc. Yes, there's some compression noise, but it shows you the amount of detail the camera can generate at that resolution, particularly if you watch it on a real TV.
