I consistently use V60 cards for 4K120 recording on my FX6 (including with Picture Cache) and have only had a problem when I rolled for more than 2 minutes, which was a 10 minute clip. There was nothing wrong with the clip up to that point, the camera just stopped recording and gave me an error message.
99.9% of the time there is no need to roll 4K120 for more than a few seconds. I use Sony TOUGH V60 and V90 SDXC cards.
I have a couple of CF type A cards but don't need them for my style of shooting. I only think they'd be necessary if you are going to roll 4K120 for several minutes.
