I'm still trying to get used to the camera, and I may have gone a little overboard on the color correcting, but let me know what you think. Any advice on what settings to use on my camera when shooting?

Experiment with the scene files, get a feel for what they do. Most people tend to shoot 24p framewrite. I like to push the detail and pedestal down all the way, deep shadows and soft images. Get some reflectors to play with lighting. It's an excellent camera, even now that we're in the HD age. Enjoy.

I got it for about $1300. And the cute girl is my best friend, so almost sister.
