The Natural Order Of Things

Wow, excellent lighting and comp throughout those grabs. Really like the one with a golden hue to it, with the guy putting his hand on the older man's shoulder. Excellent shot!

It's now official.

"The Natural Order of Things" won't be ready by the deadline.

Sorry everyone...I've just been slammed with some other work that I just don't have time to complete it by that date. It's looking more realistically like April or May.

Best of luck to everyone else! Here's hoping I'm in the minority of casualties...

Really love the maturity and interesting faces in your grabs. Grade 'em up!

Gonna come huntin' for your entry when it's released.

THE NATURAL ORDER OF THINGS
SPECIAL LIMITED ONLINE SCREENING!!!

It's finished! Almost exactly a year from shooting, the film is now completed and is being sent to film festivals worldwide.

The DVXUser community has always been a constant source of inspiration, and this film wouldn't have existed if it wasn't for this forum.
The goal was to submit this to Lossfest, but we were unable to meet the time deadline or the running time requirement.

Regardless, I wanted to share this film with the wonderful people of the DVXUser community as a thank you.
If you have the time and/or patience to watch a 30-minute short film, I'd love for you to view it and tell me what you think.

Please go check it out on the official thread:
