-Faster sensor readout for reduced skew/wobble

Nikon D90 SDK testing

I built the sample program using the D90 SDK. The SDK is nothing but a simple way of connecting to the camera, getting stats, issuing commands, fetching images from live/normal view etc.

I was hoping I could address the poor liveview interpolation issue discussed here. But it doesnt seem so direct. It will definitely need some hacking.
