Anyone who's using Excel can implement this code in VB Macro and then just paste HPX170 Scene files in Column A and it will be converted to HMC151E file.
For HMC150 file just change the headers, I figured it might help some people:

Code:
Sub Macro1()
    For i = 3 To 9:
        Cells.Replace What:="0000500" & i, Replacement:="0000300" & i - 2, LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder _
            :=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, ReplaceFormat:=False
    Next i
    Cells.Replace What:="0000500A", Replacement:="00003009", LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder _
            :=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, ReplaceFormat:=False
    Cells.Replace What:="00005010", Replacement:="0000300f", LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder _
            :=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, ReplaceFormat:=False
    Cells.Replace What:="    ", Replacement:="      ", LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder _
            :=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, ReplaceFormat:=False
    Cells.Replace What:=" ;  ", Replacement:="  ; ", LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder _
            :=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, ReplaceFormat:=False

    For i = 66 To 70:
        Cells.Replace What:="0000500" & Chr(i), Replacement:="0000300" & Chr(i + 31), LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder _
                :=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, ReplaceFormat:=False
    Next i
    Cells.Replace What:="AG-HPX170P", Replacement:="AG-HMC151E", LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder _
            :=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, ReplaceFormat:=False
    Cells.Replace What:="SYSTEM FREQ:59.94Hz", Replacement:="SYSTEM FREQ:50Hz", LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder _
            :=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, ReplaceFormat:=False

    i = 6
    While Cells(i, 1) <> ""
        If InStr(1, Cells(i, 1).Value, "OPERATION TYPE") <> 0 Or InStr(1, Cells(i, 1).Value, "FRAME RATE") <> 0 Or InStr(1, Cells(i, 1).Value, "SYNCRO SCAN") <> 0 Or InStr(1, Cells(i, 1).Value, "V DETAIL FREQ") <> 0 Then
            Cells(i, 1).EntireRow.Delete
            i = i - 1
        ElseIf InStr(1, Cells(i, 1).Value, "<") <> 0 Then
            Cells(i, 1).EntireRow.Insert
            Cells(i, 1).Value = "00003011:    586  ; SYNCRO SCAN"
            i = i + 1
        ElseIf InStr(1, Cells(i, 1).Value, "SCENE NAME") <> 0 Then
            Cells(i, 1).Value = Cells(i, 1).Value & "  ; NAME EDIT"
        ElseIf InStr(13, Cells(i, 1).Value, ":") <> 0 Then
            Cells(i, 1).Value = Left(Cells(i, 1).Value, InStr(13, Cells(i, 1).Value, ":") - 1)
        End If
        Cells(i, 1).Value = RTrim(Cells(i, 1).Value)
        i = i + 1
    Wend
    Cells(i, 1).EntireRow.Insert
    Cells(i, 1).Value = "00003011:    586  ; SYNCRO SCAN"
End Sub

Wow thank you sir! :)

It should be a sticky! Or if someone can code this in PHP so we can have an online Scene converter?

I've taken the files and converted them so they're compatible with the AG-HMC150p. There's defaults, and then all the Panasonic Looks.

They're attached, and can be downloaded below. Tested and working

I have my own question though:

Can't this HMC-150 store up to 4 files in its memory? Or do I need to load them onto my card, and then only file (containing 6 scene files) only when I need it. Ideally, like the VariCam, it'd be sweet if I can store up to 4 user scene file presets (all four files attached). Is this possible?

thanks bro... going to check these out. I think that you could load one set.. have that on the scene file.. then have a 2nd set on the card to load in but then you'd loose your first set.. Atleast if I'm assuming that it works like P2 did.

Thanks man. Will have to try this out as well. I was entering the 170 files in manually. I like the filmic set up.

You can store 4 different presets on the card.

Each preset contains ALL the 6 scene files.

So, it's basically possible to store 24 scene files.

In the camera, if you save a scene file, you can restore it by choosing "Load" even after you loaded (read) some scene files from the card. Then, you can choose "Initialize" to restore the default scene file.

Got it. Was wondering if they could be stored in the HMC's internal memory that's all.. Should have been more clear.. Thanks y'all.

Enjoy those scene files.. I shot on a few of them today.. Look great!

Yes, it's good to have all those scene files.

Me, I bought a cheap 1 GB card and I only use it for my user data and scene files.

Any idea what scene files or scene settings will work best for capturing green screen footage? I have a project coming up that requires that and I was wondering if changing to a specific scene file would give me a better key. I am trying to match outdoor light overcast lighting in my 3D animation that the green screen actors will be placed into.
