Hey guys I am trying to pick a 35mm lens adapter, and a good lens for my XHA1. So basically I am looking to hear a few success stories from you guys. What systems work well with the XHA1, and what lenses offer the best bang for the buck with the camera.

Thanks in advanced,

Graham Robbins

Graham, I have a redrock m2 and I can tell you is a bit complicated to operate, but the quality is very good, of course it is essential to use good lens.

Interesting a question I always had with the M2 is which system works with the XHA1? Forgive my ignorance I am a director and I have never used a lens adapter. Any other recommendations?

Thanks again,

Graham Robbins

right now the best band for the buck would be any of the following three in alphabetical order:

Brevis
Letus Extreme
M2 with new ground glass
SG Blade

Awesome I have been looking at a few of them. Other than the adapters what additions like the follow focus, and such are helpful to have. Any recommendations from you guys?

Do you plan to be behind the camera? If not..going into using a 35mm adapter is not to be taken likely. Unless you plan to use it in for the long haul, you might consider renting equipment or find someone in your area who has experience using an adapter. Preferably someone who has his/her own equipment.

why nobody talks about the RNG35 v3 whenever people talk about 35mm adapter? i mean, it's cheap but can put out great result,..... i'm not pro when i comes to adapter but i'm just sayin'....

smithy probably a good call, I am planning on paying our dp so I will find one with a 35 adapter already.

Thanks again,

I'm looking at grabbing one of those badboys when the flip version is released. I've been following the RNG35 for a while.
