Hey guys, im looking to rent out my canon xh-a1. How much would you guys charge a day? Weekend? Weekly? Or Monthly?

Thanks. :dankk2:

I'd start calling around to local rental houses. Rather than post prices here which change from market to market (remember that most rental houses ask for insurance and deposit too), you'll get a pretty good idea of what you may be able to charge.

Thinking of renting out my gear if it is within the New York City area

Canon XH A1 HDV Camera
Panasonic AG-LA 7200 Anamorphic adaptor
Cavision PWA06X72 Wide angle adaptor

FSC HD100 Direct to Hard Drive Capture device with two batteries

Sennheiser MKH 416 w boom
One Sennheiser Lavalier setup
Sony MDR - 7506 Headphones

Sachtler Mini DV tripod
A bunch of umbrellas and stands with 3 Lowell Tota lights

Flycam 5000 with vest

Steadicam Merlin

What do you think would be a fair price day/week/month

Could also be figure out a fee to be there with a Macbook Pro to download and check the files so client can walk away with all Quicktimes at end of day.

Also where would be a good place to advertise the deal

Or if you are interested - just send me a DM

Thanks
