Those in favour of a "Critics Choice" award....

[Michael Anthony Horrigan]

For the record, this is a great idea, and we're certainly not trying to stomp anybody out, and don't want to discourage folks from bringing their ideas and resources to the table to help make the fests better. In fact, we welcome that. That is what it is all about.

We (DVXuser) just have to be careful that just anyone doesn't come up with an idea and decide they are going to do it, etc, etc... No free for alls. We have to maintain things to some degree. Certain things can be done as individuals. Other things need to be handled in an "official" capacity.

Now, that we've heard what this is all about, it's certainly a great idea and will build on the first attempt at a panel during timefest, as well as throw another nice idea into the mix, and we will certainly try to make this happen.

Hope you guys understand my intent here for what it is. There just has to be some protocol, and a proper way to handle things. Otherwise, things could get really out of hand really fast. Particularly as the fests continue to grow.

Later,
Jason

Absolutely! Thanks for listening.

SABI rocks.

[Mile Bozicevic]

I don't see anything bad or negative here, so I'm picking 'yes'.
I'm actually surprised, considering the fests and members work here, that something like this hasn't already been...mmm what's the word...done.

[Matt Harris]

I'm all for it, great idea!

[Horncastle]

Sounds like a good idea Mike, if you and Zak have the resources/contacts to pull it off.
