Tonight, in researching my developing story, I came across a phrase that simplified everything I've had swimming around in my head to three small words.
"Loss is change."
So i've taped those words to the top of my laptop's monitor so their resonance will continue to guide me. Wanting everything to be the same as it was before the loss is the obstacle. And this is impossible to attain; the person is transformed. We move forward by accepting this reality.

Talked to Daniel Carmody tonight. he co-wrote and produced a short film that my production company financed called MOMENTS. He and I may very well collaborate on the screenplay together. We scheduled our next meeting for Monday.
