Where to buy a DVX100b???????????

Hey guys, im looking for a DVX100b for the cheapest price, from a good authorized seller..(I was going to buy from zoommania.com for $1700 but after hearing all the horror stories I passed)

So where can I find this camera legitimately for cheap??? Anyone find any good deals??? Under 2 grand would be a plus.

P.S. what is this talk about a $500 rebate plus a whole bunch of accessories?? Do they automatically come with every DVX100b????

I may be wrong but i believe the $500 rebate and the accessories was for the remaining DVX100a models when the DVX100b came out
 
okay looks like the $500 only applies to the "a" version.

New question, how much is the DVX User discount that applies with a few authorized dealers?? is it worthwhile??

^wait jambredz, so does that mean I'd pay $2375 for the camera, and it would come with all that software AND a rebate check for $500?? Therefore making the price for all of it $1875?? or is the 500 rebate thing only for the a version??

you will pay $2375 the $500 rebate for the Dvx100a doesnt exist anymore because there are no more new dvx100a's being sold
 
$500 rebate no longer is available if u buy now. Only the software package...oh....jaime answered :D . I think asking for the software and $500 would be a bit much :) ..i guess in a perfect world huh
 
i bought my DVX100b in April from BandH and still got a $500 rebate. so i'm pretty sure it applied to the "b" model

Seriously, I dont see any point in buying a new DVX right now. You can get a load of savings buying used and 99.9 percent of the people on here are reputable and honest. I bought a DVX100B from someone in the market place, the service was better then expected and so was the camera. I got its for 1500 shipped.
