"The Accidental Hitman" A Pauly The Hitman Production

Thanks guys I know it was funny but after watching it about two hundred times while editing not so funny to me any more but I did however watch it again today and it is a little funny.

"Oh Fu*K!"

best line i've seen so far!!!! awesome. real cool silly movie. your lead did an awesome job, he was great even with his phone calls to his mom. nice job!

Oh, what a ironical film. I loved the little music when your film started with the title and missed a score with this sound during the film. Very nice are all this accidental killing scenes with the normal life touch. The dialog when the two men came the first time with the suitcase of money I found a little bit rigid. Tom's acting is great - his normal looking face - he could be anybody - like your neighbour. The end was hilarious - the whole Survival triology put together in various articles in a newspaper! But again - why didn't you put a score in this film - it would give it more rhythm?! However - nice work! It is very enjoyable to watch this Survival stuff! Compliments!

''Be a cat. Please be a cat.'' :D

That's definetly one of the best lines of the fest.
I liked the film, though I'm a little dissapointed there wasn't more music through the film-the one in opening and end was really nice, it's just too bad there wasn't more of that stuff.

I like some camera work there, and I would just nitpick about transition from 02:24 to 02:26; it's technically the same shot considering the angle, the little difference is only in width. I guess it wouldn't be bad to put some intershot between those two, like his eyes, the ball, the cons on the other side etc.

And when that lady got him, I expected a little dialogue there, but really, that's just a thought, it wasn't actually neccesary. Oh and I like the 'hidden' C.E.R.N. article there in newspaper.

''Be a cat. Please be a cat.'' Lol I may steal this line for a sig in the future. :)

Great job, I'm just sorry there wasn't more music through film, that's all.

Well guys Justin Durban was going to score this one for me. I could have used much more help that I so desperately needed to finish this one. I have never really edited or done any sound. I had to do it all myself without the help of my brother it was all I could do to get it done as it is. I almost didn't finish it in time. So since there was no locked edit for Justin I can't ask someone to score an unfinished project now can I. So I am glad to hear people still like it even though it is essentially not completed to my vision. But never fear a special directors cut with all the extra funny stuff and a score will be forth coming ASAP. And i worked really hard on the newspaper but still even it wasn't finished the way i would have lied it to be. All and all i am very happy I even got as much of it done as I did with little to no help. After all I am a producer/director/actor. And now I can really call myself just a film maker.

Excuse me that I repeat the problem with sound/score. I didn't know that you didn't finish the film, because I didn't read your thread. I am so sorry and hope that you will finish it after the film fest. Best luck.

I really enjoyed this flick! I really want to see it after audio is finished, it'll be great. I also agree with mile, I love the cat line!

Nice job, guys! The acting was pretty good. Tom, you came off fairly natural in most spots and that's always a good thing.
LOL @ the bowling ball scene.
Maybe a bit more of a sound effect there could have sold it even further.

Some great dialogue as well.

Nice work, guys!

Mike

Hey Pauly:

Some really amusing moments in this film (the bowling ball to the head, please be a cat, when he opens the door with a knowing look to receive the third suitcase). It was nice to laugh a little during Twilight. I liked the visual effects when he gets drugged.

I'm looking forward to the director's cut as I agree some sound work would really punch this up. Much credit to you for working on so many films, there should be a special award for you just for that. I know I couldn't have gotten mine done without your help.

Nice job!

Thanks John it should be called WTF were you thinking award to the person stupid enough to spread himself so thin that focus had to be taken away from his own entry, in order to make sure everyone else's was finished on time. Of course Jeremiah should also receive this honor as he did the exact same thing. We were both up all night several days to get our films done and still never finished the sound on mine. And he was recodring sound and rendering it on the way to my house to upload. So that being said thanks aghain for the nice words I will be doing another longer more dramatic cut with good sound and hopefully I can still get Durban to score it and off to the festival circuit I go.

Just got done watching the Accidental Hitman!

Some funny stuff in there. Tom...great job as the accident prone man.

I liked some of the camera angle choices a lot but on the final POV from 'Mike' it some how felt wrong to be able to see his head in that shot when the drugs started to take effect.

The bowling ball...too funny and played it over and over to try and figure how it was done. I hope that was a plastic version of the ball for that talents sake...ha ha ha!

I could tell you but I would have to send Tom out to see you accidentally...J/K it was all AE. (No animals or humans were harmed during the filming of this movie)...

A nice, light romp. I enjoyed it.
I'm not going to rehash the obvious (sound). I too thought the bowling ball bit was hilarious. I replayed that part a few times.

Tom, you made some good choices in your portrayal.
Hopefully this entry will lead to more work for you.
