Personality question, not like you think

Charli

cool little "title"
I talked with someone the other about personality questions and this one was thrown at me, sort of different than other questions I've gone through. I answered it and my hubby answered it and we were both on opposite ends of the spectrum on this.

The question is:

Why is a bird better than a tiger?

***

Yeah, the answer shows you how you reason things out, where you are at the moment in a way.

Cause fried tiger tastes funny. This shows at the moment I'm at lunch :)

eta - interesting question though. I'd have to say because he can fly away perhaps? Or is better at all really?

My first instinct was to say because it can fly. I've always wanted the ability to fly ever since I was a kid. And not in the pilot kind of way, more like the superman kind of way. :) lol.

in a fight to the death, the tiger would probably kill me, but i could kill the bird.

Who says a bird is better than a tiger?
The question is based on a subjective opinion and the assumption that I share it.

(that's my answer to the question)

Because the tiger lives on the ground his vision is limited to the horizon,

A bird on the other hand soars in the sky and therefor see much further than the tiger ever will.

Thus a bird is greater not only in the physical sense of vision but also on the metaphorical sense of vision too.

I took the question not as that a bird is better than a tiger, but give reasons why a bird is/can be better than a tiger (ie give reasons why windows is better than mac OSX, or why OS X is better than windows - you can do both).

Anyway, my answer like others revolves around the ability to fly, see further, and the freedom of flight and being able to travel around and have that perspective.

At first, part of me thought perhaps because it is not an aggressive creature like a Tiger, but then I realize that's certainly not necessarily true, depending on the bird.

Hey Anhar nice to see you again.

For example, what about this option:
tiger-bird.jpg

or this one:
tigerbird.jpg

:D

Because the birds have the bees ...and the tigers got nothing!!!

Because birds can learn a lot to say ...but tigers can only say, "They're great!"

Matematically:

∀Tigers(∃(Tp))

∀Birds(∃(Bp))

(Bp > Tp) ⊃ ∀(Birds > Tigers)

Biologically:

Tigers are highly limited in terms of food and constrained withing certain environments and habitats that are suitable for tigers; a sudden change in the environment or drop in food supply can easly disrupt the tiger populace.

Birds are not as constrained as they have the ability to move a greater geometeric ground when compared to tigers, birds can quickly move to better habitats as the need arises.

Hippie:

Birds maaan, like tigers and birds should spread love, but like tigers just wanna dominate you know, so like its really bad man. Like when I'm high, like I can really appreciate with my fellow bird.

Homer Simpson:

Birds, hmmm
