The end of 35mm adapers and hv20s....

car3o If you are asking me what I used for that footage I did not do that, I just found it in vimeo. Maybe it was done by the original shooter. I thought you would like it, it looks very smooth. The only thing is that darn flickering!! But otherwise IMO it looks nice.
I say that the MJPEG codec although old might work pretty good at 24 FPS. After all it is 24 unique jpegs every second. JPEG is excellent and very editable for detail, color, etc.

200 more posts and this thread will eclipse Edwierdo's adapter in thread, in what like a month?

and during those 9 days the value of the dollar has increased significantly :) 9 days ago i would have saved ~$57 more than if if i ordered today.

The longest thread I have seen is the birger mount thread over at reduser.net with 3,112 replies and 206,000+ views, having said that, the thread was started 11-23-2007. I wonder if this has the potential to be the longest thread in history?!

Considering the thread title, it can go on for a while...
Imagine 20 years from now. At this pace we would be up to about 946566.6667 posts by then, and we are saying things like "I found an old tape based camera with a 35mm adapter on ebay!!" And everyone else would be like "wow..."

To bad we couldn't invest in threads like stocks.

This thread will endup being a balck hole and start swallowing it's whole domain.

Congrats on this hella long thread. Hate to be a buzzkill here but sifting through this thread for info isn't easy.

I have a suggestion. For people who are just joining in on this or can't check this threads religiously, would someone be so kind as to confirm what we know for sure and/or have a collection of footage posted somewhere. Perhaps there is something like this already and I just dunno where. If not, maybe there could be a new post for this. Things that I would like confirm are mainly exposure lock (debunked, right?) and the reason for the 5 minute limit. Thanks.
