Sleep Walk - a Dustin Rogan film

and Rogan's been helping me with casting/auditions :dankk2:(shameless plug for The Gift),

so, looks like we'v got a nice little production group forming in Waco (of all places).
 
its about time that Waco was known for something other than what everyone knows it for...

It was a pleasure working with such a professional the past two days, Dick Campbell. While auditioning his movie, we had time to talk it over, and like I said before he's come aboard the wild adventure of making a movie with me and my crew! I hope he stays sane through the process of filming 2 movies in 1 week. On top of that he has offered his HVX as a second camera so our shooting will go much faster!

Needless to say I'm pleased with the project thus far, now if I can get it cast. I'll be posting to Austin/Dallas sites once Dick gets the linkage to me. (hint...hint...) Maybe have a better outcome than my Craigslist ad.

Good, sorry man. I have just been racking my brain like crazy over this damn 2+2 crap.

as for the start Jason...I blame Penguin. What can I say he loves him some Rogan...now whomever the other person is, I don't blame you for loving you some Rogan.

I'm not quite there yet - I did the craigslist thing, but not too many entries. Today I started emailing all the producers I know. Maybe they know film actors. Alaska has a lot of small production companies, but they specialize in Alaska "stuff", outdoor footage, etc. I don't think there's many film actors in town... we'll see...
 
Gabriel, there are seveal yahoo film casting groups here in Texas that are very popular. perhaps they have something similar for Alaska, like "Alaska (or Anchorage) Film Casting". good luck.

I hope there's something like that. I contacted several producers over the weekend - maybe there's a black book with names, something like that would be useful....
 
holding auditions this saturday, fot some guys that have actually been stuff I've seen and love , film and tv. even a guy from OKC wants 2 travel down to audition. To say i'm stoked is an understatement. more later

Ps an update on my films progress. I'm about to leave to go to auditions. I'm stoked my phones been blowing up for guys wanting to come audition for it. LETS ROLL!!!
