I'm slipping this in here before I debut it at TFN with the completed version of Alex vs Nate. Enjoy the third and final film of our "Trilogy of Doom" Tim and Leigh and I produced between my return from LA and Leigh's departure back to school, which was probably sometime within this hour.

The other two films can be found in the related videos, Bathroom Ninja and Average Birthday. Now can we shoot some freakin' Dead Week, Kyle?! ;)

That was awesome Nate! I'll have to agree with you, we need to start shooting dead week, I'm excited to get the chance to work with you again since Alex Vs. Nate.

Alright, here is a much needed update:

With the script finished we can now move onto scheduling.
With the locations I have scouted it will be best to schedule our shoot dates for a weekend in September. I'm still in the middle of finding a good classroom to shoot the final scene in, and my lead is a man named Hans Gilde from the University here in Lincoln. He is a Mac aficionado and runs a couple buildings here on campus. He's been a lifelong family friend and I know we'll be able to set something up. Stay tuned for that.

For now I'd like us to pick out a weekend that works best for everyone, so we can take time off from work and get the ball rolling.

some more bts:

Matty G. is co-DP with Geoff Reisner. Both are shooting with REDs . Here's Matt is close to the action during the fire-fight scene:

We were joined by some new faces this shoot. Here's Scott Chambers (Elvis):

Matt Sigloch is CEO of Gunmetal Group and acted as AD for the Marine sequences. This guy is amazing:

Dude! Noice! I'm itching so much to get back out there...look at all the explosive fun I missed! I'm stuck back here doing that digitally in the basement of a bike shop...what the ferret?!

Sure looked like a hell of a time, can't wait to see the footage :D

One of the real bright spots of this shoot has been the addition of Jeff Anderson, who flew in from Oklahoma to join Fat Monster for the first time. Jeff is truly a monster in every sense of the word. This guy will do ANYTHING that needs doing and the way we shoot requires that attitude.

Unfortunately, the only photo I could find of Jeff is this one (he's the dude in the Green Lantern shirt) because all day he was handling emergency stuff and running all over the city looking for items that suddenly became critical for the shoot. I'll get a better pic of Jeff today.

Many thanks to you Jeff!

Man Can I come out and play? Looks like a hell of a lot of fun. Wish I could help out. Let me know if there is anything you guys need from the Survival guys, we're always here to help.
