noise on my new XH A1 HELP!!

as u can see in the attachmint Files there is a noise :crybaby:

it's new that's my first footage why it's like that low quality !!

is that XH A1 video :cry: it's not like what is see on viemo

plz help​

Looks like you have AGC on or have set the gain really high. Turn off automatic gain. Most new XH-A1 users have the same issue initially. There are a lot of settings that you need to familiarize yourself with them if and their effects if you want to get the high quality you see on Vimeo. Rest assured that the camera can produce some gorgeous video. However, this is not a point and shoot camera.

but how i Turn off automatic gain ?

menu > Camera Setup > GAIN SETTING :

"what i should do"

GAIN L : ? dB
GAIN M : ? dB
GAIN H : ? dB
 
Man, read the manual. Or the stickies. Or both. Really. Than you could also find out that the AGC switch is on the left side of the camera...
 
Stylo, the option you were talking about above, is how much the different pre-made steps of the switch will give you, so basically, you are changing how much gain you want to have when your switch is at low/med/high, can be useful if youre planning on using gain, but YOURE NOT, its the last resort. You should put your Low switch to -3 db and the rest to whatever you prefer to have your Im-not-gonna-use settings switch at!

m: 0
h: +6

I use those settings but I shoot at -3 Db pretty much 100% of the time.
