Hey guys I shot this on an A1 a couple of months back and just finished it this week. This is my friends HIP-HOP rendition of "New Soul" by Yael Naim. This is the song you heard in all of those Apple-Mac book Air commercials Its mostly motion graphics but i think you guys would enjoy it. Check it out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLN6jIt9VwU

I can see a lot of hours went into editing that.
I liked the transitions. Clever lyrics made it possible obviosly for some cool editing and piss takes on know symbols.

Sweet.

Thanks guys. It was all photoshop & after effects. believe it or not. I used alot of 3d layers. which gave this piece depth. Thanks

Wow.

Please tell me what motion graphics programs you used. I doubt that was all After Effects...?

and why not? I'm sorry do you need a special type of Apple software to make good effects?

-lol just watched the video, do you think those basic basic effects can't be done in after effects? that is all default stuff...good to know we have people who know what they are talking about frequenting this forum

Nice work! I was skeptical when I first started watching, but the awesomeness unfolded. Great work, especially incorporating some MC Hammer references! :)

I'm impressed that was really cool. You must've broken about 19 copyrights there  Screw um it's great!

Thanks guys yeah it was alot basic zooms and pans using alot of 3d layers. as far as the copyrights no one made money off of this video it was all for fun. Thanks

Oh, they don't care if you make money from it. I was applauding the "screw the establishment" approach, really. Good on ya.
