XLH1 Music Video

So, I just finished working on this music video for a piano player/singer. We shot it in a studio with black velvet drape and used an inteli jib with an inteli remote pan/tilt head. It was my first time using a remote head, so there was a definite learning curve, but in the end I think it came out nicley. Simple concept, a singer and his piano (70's style and look).

=/ Paul, there's no offense in this, but I believe you are able to do better.

1. it got repetitive
2. perhaps utilize the jib with more vertical movement on wider shots
3. static close-up of talent looking @ camera seemed a bit awkward

just my thoughts though... it's still your art.

Cool man, thanks for the input. Yes, it does get old after awhile, only so much you can do with a singer and a piano. I am definitely not a fan of the close ups, but the producer kept pushing for them.
