Mark, will be awaiting the information concerning where the "cool" people will go.

Larry, I like that idea. Everyone bring some equipment and we will just hit the streets in the wee hours of the morning and bust out a kick-ass gurella style film! :grin:

I have been quiet on this for the past few days because I didn't want to say I am for sure going to be there in case something happens and I can't make it at the last minute but, with all the talking going on now, I can't hold back. Barring any unforseeable circumstance, the Penguin will be at the party!
 
Anybody know what the "dresscode" is? Ask your wives/girlfriends if you're not sure (my wife wants to know what to wear) :)

Just to clarify, Cinespace has a few sections which you can see on the first post of this thread.

There is:
a Bar/Lounge at the entry
an outdoor patio for smokers
a bar\theater area
and the Theater

When Mark said that they will kick us out, he means that they will kick us out of the theater and bar/theater area. They will rearrange the theater for their next event. I believe they have a Hip-Hop Club night on Fridays.

They are not kicking us out of Cinespace. Anyone coming to our event is allowed to stay for their next event.

We hadn't talked about a Midnight BBQ at my place, but I'm not opposed to it. Tim, Mark and I will discuss and get back to you guys regarding any after hours party.

Also note the Theater Area only sits about 150-180 people, but CineSpace can hold about 500. so if you don't get a seat at the theater, we will be broadcasting the awards on the other screens at Cinespace so everyone can watch.

Ah, I would consider it, but it's in the shop right now getting all pretty. Besides, I try not to drive that car too far (I want to keep the mileage low) and I don't know how I would feel parking that thing in Hollywood! There will be a next time I am sure...

Absolutely! Come on, I've been there several times. Jus sayin it ain't the greatest place to leave a classic muscle car unattended.

Oh, and if Blain is correct, then I will fit right in! :kali:
