Is this the proper download for P2 drivers so my Dual Adapter will work?

Does anyone have a direct line to Panasonic tech support? Everytime I call they say they have to take my name and call me back. Problem is that every time they call me back I am working.

which driver from the list of drivers in the downloaded driver software app do I install? Nobody in this world seems to know. Panasonic does not know and Dual Adapters has no clue.
 
Just got off the phone with panasonic again. Every time I try to install drivers for the HVX200 I get an error. I have the camera in USB mode just like they tell me. I have the USB cord attached. Never works regardless if I try it on 100 computers.
 
Are you on a Mac or PC?
When you attach the camera, does the computer recognize it? If you're in Windows, does it show up in device manager?

thanks david. when i install the P2 driver to work with my duel adapter, which driver do i select in the list? i tried the P2 card bus (2 slots) but it doesn't work... (of course, there are not 2 slots).
My duel adapter is correctly installed, but I cannot seem to install the driver to work with it, thus my P2 cards can't be read. Thanks for your help!
 
You have to have a P2 card in the slot. And you have to have installed the drivers from Duel too (IIRC).

Once you've installed the Duel drivers, then you want to install the cardbus driver from the Panasonic driver package.
 
Thanks Barry. I have installed the Duel drivers, and my computer recognizes the adapter. I have put a P2 card in the slot... but the Panasonic driver package, in the list of its drivers to choose from, has P2 cardbus (2 slots)...surely there should be another one, as the Duel adapter has only 1 slot... In any case, I tried to install that option but it doesn't recognize it.
 
it costs the people at duel adapters money hire programmers everytime there's a new mac os update and I've been told by the techs at panasonic that they have abandoned it completely with Snow Leapord. believe me, I've huffed and puffed about this to everybody. Hate to say this, but you'll have to go over to the dark side and buy yourself a little netbook, running windows xp.

I'm actually sell my hp netbook, it has an expresscard slot and i was using it for a trip back in jan. I could leave all the P2 drivers and stuff on it for you. here it is on ebay:
