Need Barry Green's DVX Book Quick- I leave the country in 2 days

Hey does anyone in the bay area California reading this have Barry Green's DVX Book that I can borrow or buy??
I have the free one coming in the mail, but I just bought the camera, and it'll take a couple weeks for it to arrive, and I leave the country on Saturday (I'm writing this on Thursday).
If anyone has Barry's email, can you forward this to him--- Barry do you have an electronic version you can email me to print out?

There is no electronic version.

Hopefully someone in the bay area can hook you up. I can't think of any dealers in the SF area who carry it...
 
Where can I find your DVXBook? Does Borders book store carry it. Or can I order it on line via amazon.com?
 
I bought a DVX from a reseller that is listed on the Panasonic site, and there was no card in the box for the book/dvd. They are not grey market. How can I get the book? I was also missing the 5600mAh battery, and there was a form from Panasonic inside to get a free one when they were available again. (the camera came wih 2 smaller batteries)

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Certain dealers carry it, such as B&H, Spec-Comm, Abel Cine Tech, Birns & Sawyer, CineEQuipt, and others. If you're near one of those dealers and need it right away, you can get it the same day from them.

Online, you can get it from Amazon, from ebay, or (best/fastest/easiest) by clicking the link in my sig. We aim to get all orders sent within 24 hours, and all orders go via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

If it was from an authorized reseller, then they owe you a copy of the book/DVD. Contact Jan Crittenden here via PM and she should be able to get you squared away.
 
How long is it taking on average to get the rebate? Does anyone know? We sent ours about 8 weeks ago, and am starting to worry that we might have done something wrong, as we have gotten no reply.

You can get a copy of the book rebate by clicking special offers at the panasonic site

Note: you have to submit the UPC code with the form. Hope you don't need it for both rebates.
 
I bought my dvx in the middle of march and I sent a form out the following week for the rebate/book/software, but I haven't gotten anything yet.
