very small greenscreen test (dvx100 & sgpro)

Looks good!
Though I have no clue on how to do that greenscreen stuff, I'm kinda old-fashioned :)

it's too easy.. it's so easy, it's not even funny..:P
hehe

you just use Keylight in after effects.. at videocopilot.net there's a great tutorial on it =)

oh and thanks!

i think it looks good. did you just use premiere and after effects?

what about the difference in lighting on the guy? how did you achieve that with the software?

also, what is SGpro and why does it make a difference using that instead of just the DVX?

Thank you:)

Well yes I used premiere and after effects.
I used a digital light in after effects that created that effect +I color corrected it.

The SGpro is a 35mm adapter (but as jenningsp said, it's actually just awesomeness in a box:laugh:).

I felt that the rendering around the person was a lot cleaner than what using only the DVX would give me.

That looks great! I want the Sgpro so bad, I've been saving up for an adapter for awhile.

Now that the "blade" has been announced I'm gonna wait even longer to see if it's worth a few extra pennies to get that instead of the Sgpro.

Tommetass, do you have any night footage with the Sgpro? I haven't been able to find any.

Again, awesome footage!

Hehe thank you very much:)
The blade sounds really nice, but I really like the fact that I can have a high speed shutter AND have the aperture higher than 5.6..

I don't really have any night footage no.. sorry:S but I think I have seen some on the shoot35.com forum if I'm not mistaken.

Nice job. I would recommend adjusting the image to help compensate for the ever so slight green cast on the man's hair/shoulders, but other than that, I really liked the style of the black and white background.

All the dope **** I've seen form you and you can't do GreenScreen?!
With me, I KNOW HOW to do it, but the footage is always so damn bad and poorly lit that I've never successfully done it without pixels around the subject the same color as the background AND a color in his shirt. I'm not good @ it. I know there's some way around it that I don't know about.

very nice looking footage. Particularily liked the shadowed gradient across the models face.

Ace.
