What should I Shoot 30P or 60i Instructional Video

I everyone,
I need advice on what frame rate I should shoot (30P or 60i) for an instructional DVD/Vidcast. It will be based on different sewing techniques.
Comprised of 6-8 different techniques.

60i is interlaced video and 30p is progressive video. Read Barry's book or your manual.

For sewing I guess either would work, but 60i works better internationally.

In New York it's reversed:
