Explanation of color matrix?

Is there an explanation of these preset parameters?

R-G matrix
R-B matrix
etc

I'm a newb and I would like to hear an answer to this too. In fact, is there a thread that explains what all the different custom pre-set levels do? The instruction manual that came with the camera doesn't explain any of this! Ex. What the hell is "Coring"? Thanks.

Thanks but even that manual doesn't explain the R-G matrix, R-B matrix, ...

Well not in detail but it does tell you what it is for:

"COLOR MATRICES (R-G, R-B, G-R, G-B, B-R, B-G):​

These controls allow you to fine-tune the color of your image on a level previously attainable only with high-end professional gear. With the convenient layout of these controls, along with Console’s built-in scopes and a good studio monitor hooked up to the camera, it’s fast and easy to experiment. You can very rapidly start to see what each color matrix is doing, and zero in on just the right look for your project."​
