"The Dustin Rogan Project" -- Dustin R. Rogan

as it becomes bed time I thought Id stop off and thank you guys for the well wishes on my day of birth, giving my mother 14 hours (or so she says) of pain. You know I think I can trace my laziness all the way back to the womb...Mom told me today I was to be born on May 8th...but I waited around till the 20th to come...poor mom lol...talk about lazy...speaking of which I need to go get my 10 hours of sleep...

Thanks again and GL in the fest,
Rogan

I just went back and read every post in my thread...damn I'm one random mofo...i need medication or something...even i had a hard time understanding myself sometimes...

Oh well off to go see the new Indiana Jones movie at midnight WOO HOO!!

Sleep is overrated...

My take on the Indiana Jones Movie....

SPOILERS AHEAD: Highlight to read...

ARE YOU F'ING SERIOUS!!!! F'IN ALIENS....I was ok with the flick until the f'in space ship....then I lost it, I am one to stay for credits...but this as soon as I heard the theme music...I was out. Honestly, I don't really understand Hollywood sometimes. Why ruin a good thing? Not so much ruin...but taint...because now in a casual conversation about the Indiana Jones movies it always brought great memories then I'll now have to add a footnote (just like the Spiderman series) they should have done this, which in this case is NOT MAKE IT WITH ALIENS!!!!! This movie is very predictable, almost as predictable as my Lovefest entry (Given) I did laugh a few times at the Indiana Jones'esk characteristics and lines that you would hear him say...but really....I give it 2 stars...and thats being nice.....

Here is another person who agrees with your assessment of the latest Indiana Jones movie...:furious3:

Thank you!!!

I've almost ruined it several times for Jason (dir of 5 worst days of Bartholomew Saxton) but I held my tongue he is supposed to see it tonight...

INDIANA JONES SPOILER ALERT (trying to be vague, but just in case)

To be fair, all the Indiana Jones films deal with similarly out there themes. And all have just as ridiculous endings.

I will agree that this is my least favorite of the Jones flicks. But I still enjoyed it.

So I've been inspired by the Fat Monster boys. Maybe next time us Texans (and any one else) can come together and do DVXuser Fest Texas Style. (bet it taste like BBQ) :D anyways its an idea...anyone down?

Totally. We are in if there's a place to crash and beer in the fridge. Let's make this happen.

Beer not a problem! Depends on where you go...I'd think Dallas or Austin would be more suited to film making. Any Austin DVXuser's down...know this would be a big task to take on but it'd be flippin awesome! And my crew and I are definatly down with chilling with our fellow DVXusers.

I think the only part I liked was the opening scene.
I'd say same for me, I went back and looked at the trailer...which makes it look like it could be like the older Indiana Jones...I hate it when that happens...good thing I used my student discount (thank god for student id's that expire way after you're done with school...YEAH FOR DISCOUNT"D TIX TILL 2011!!!)

anyhoos, waiting on last scene to be shot then I'll go over with a fine tooth comb and try to bump up the awesomeness factor. So be warned to have your eye sockets blown, and a little brain leakage from your ears
