NETHERBORN - Directed by Mark T. Aro

Somehow 'alternate graveyard' sounds wrong... HA! There is a good graveyard in Clovis at Villa and Hearndon with big headstones and really large trees. May be good too.

I know some Scots from the Scottish society. (As I am Scottish...) If you strike out on your end let me know. You know, you have to have Gordon plaid. No Campbell! Ach Mon.

I will shoot some teaser photos of the Hypercam that we can post without losing the patent rights tonight with Matt.

Yep! that does sound wrong. The one that I am looking at (if Oakhurst is out) is at the end of Shaw just west of Academy, right across from Clovis Lakes/WildWaters. I like it because it too is in trees, but it is set above the road and if shot properly, we won't get street traffic. I really like the one that you referred to, (my wifes aunt is buried there), but there is so much traffic and I think that it would really draw to much attention to shoot there.

As far as the plaid goes, I will shoot what I have access to.

Oh, I will have the Hypercam at Blair tomorrow night (Wednesday) at 5:30pm if you want to swing by and feast upon its niftyness for a few minutes after work. We can talk fly rig lingo too. After reading the cool script, I can see the shots you are referring to where a 'creative' fly rig is needed.

Oh yeah, Matt has already told me. I am actually helping Blaire with that project right now, so I plan on making an excuse to be there tomorrow.

In beta testing the Hypercam I found some minor things I want to tweak, so I won't be at Blair...so don't go.

Go home Mark. 'Go to yer home!' (Happy Gilmore)

HA! If I don't go over there, I will need to stay here and work on their project. I have a lot to do in a little time.

It's all good!

Sounds like your average day Mark. "I have a lot to do in a little time..."

Say, you need to clone yourself..."Noe RRrrealy!"

I am glad you have scouted out the graveyard out in Clovis as that is a lot closer to all than up in Oakhurst. The sloping hill and the small chapel in Oakhurst is very nice for scene composition though. Plus afternoon sun creates a really pretty shot up here. Glad it's not my call. :undecided

Yeah I am still on the fence. it is a major scene, but once I go through the list, I should be able to get a good feel for the feasibility.

I vote we invent a time machine, press pause and then film this movie for a year in a time vaccuum. Once completed, we restart time and submit well before the dealine and rock the world with Netherborn's radness! Woohoo!

Don't we all wish!?

I look forward to working on this Mark. I am excited about it!

Me too! I really like this story... I just want to do it right. Time... never enough of it eh!

I sense a disturbance in the force...could it be that Netherborn's shoot dates have been set?
"These are not the droids you're looking for"

YEP! It feels real now... Now we just have to get all of the ducks in a row...

I got the info on the Netherborn shoots. Message received, Sir.
I will have a HYPERCAM for your use in low, medium and high rigs.

SWEET!

I will talk to MATT tomorrow and get him specifics on the wire rig set up that we need and he can relay the message to you and we can talk. I am going to have Jen get a hold of a friend of our to see if we can use a space he has for the GREEN SCREEN shoot when this rig will be employed. We will talk more soon.

Thanks for all of your work. On a side note, we will probably need your generators and another black suitcoat. The one Randol wore on the PUSH shoot... was that yours? M

Ian had mine on but you can use it. (42-44 size) You may use the generators and the extension cords. You may have to get some fuel; regular. Did Matt tell you that I may not be able to make the second shoot week? I am working on getting that off now, but it will be hard to do as it is a military thing. You may want to plan the steady cam shots for the second week of May (first weekend of shooting) as I am sure I can do it that week, but possibly may not be able to the third week of May (second weekend of shooting). :) Hey, If we have to shoot all night for two nights to get all of the steadycam shots I am willing to do it. Bring red bull.

Oh also, I need details (sizes: Height, structural design features, attachment points) of the location so I can estimate the necessary parts of the rig and plan for any ladders or such needed. :engel017:

Matt and I just talked. Our ideas for the rig (yours and mine) are almost exact. Again, great minds think a like!

We just need the room clearance for the rig to work correctly. We can put a pulley at the back and pull from a different direction if the room is smaller.
