Just playing around with the A1 the other day. Heard something on the radio about it being a "slow news day" I got a few of my friends together and we made a two minute film pertaining to that. I just had them ad-lib a scene and shot if from a few angles. They did pretty good with their continuity. Wish I could say the same for my audio editing. View the clip here.

I'm learning, slowly but surely.

Shot in 16X9 mode. Edited in Final Cut. Magic Bullet applied.
 
hahhah i enjoyed it too, but yeah on the audio, maybe just like a 2 frame cross fade between the tracks to smooth it outt.

RE: the audio. We shot it down & dirty, just had my friend hold up an Audio Technica shotgun mic on a boom. The variance in room sound between scenes is the killer. (refrigerator making noise, etc I unplugged it, should have just KEPT it unplugged)

One nice thing is that FCP Studio has several "room ambiance" tracks you can lay down and help smooth things out from shot to shot. But yeah, I should try that cross fade technique.
