yo andrew - do you guys price match? Abel Cine is selling the 16GB for about $35 cheaper than you guys, I've never ordered from them though.

The last price of the 8GB card, before it was discontinued, was $700 IIRC. So, below $800.
Almost unquestionably, but there are no guarantees in the memory business.
Could go either way. The 8GB fell from $1200 down to $700 when the 16GB was introduced. But, the introduction of the 32 didn't affect the price of the 16 at all.
Then again, the 32 followed the 16 by only about six months. When the 64 hits, a year will have elapsed. That's why I think we're due for a healthy drop in the 16 price when the 64 comes out.
Panasonic initially stated the 64 GB cards would be available in Fall, 2008

While speculation should be "part" of the equasion when making purchases, it should NOT be a major part of your decision.
If you can't make up the $200 or even $800 specualted price drop in one shoot, you gotta get better gigs. :tongue:
I always chuckle when I see people willing to wait months to purchase a product because "it will be cheaper some day".
Everything will eventually. If you can make money today, buy it and in no time you should make FAR MORE than if you waited and saved a couple hundred. :thumbsup:
