Best Film Look for Canon A1 to match HV20?

Hi,

I have heard the HV20 has a 24p film look but I am not sure how much more you can tweak it to get a better film look?

Then I want choose similar settings on the Canon A1 that closely matches what I can get out of the Canon HV20. Any ideas?

Normally I would just spend a bit of time figuring it out myself but I do not own these cameras, and won't have them in front of me until the day of the shoot.

The 24p Cinemode I believe just tweaks with color temperatures and stuff. So if you wanted to match your A1 with the HV20, just film both in 24p, and then just color grade in post. That way you'll know what you settings you used, and can match them to the other camera's footage.
