Is it legal for me to sell a new "The DVX Book"?

I ordered The DVX Book about a week before I ordered my DVX because I wanted to learn more about the camera. After I got my camera I realized that there was a rebate included that allowed me to get a free DVX Book. I sent out for it so now I have two. Is it legal for me to sell the new one that is still in the original sealed bag?

Of course. As long as you didn't steal it or photocopy it, it's your property and you can sell it. Just like a car, or ipod or anything else that gets sold on eBay.

Now why you'd wanna take money away from a decent hard working guy like Barry is another thing (kidding) :)

Thanks for asking though.

Okay cool. But that was also what I was thinking too is that I love what Barry has contributed to this and hes helped me learn a lot, so I dont really feel 100% right by selling this. But I guess he has been payed for this copy by panasonic or whoever does the rebate, so its all good. Thanks for the quick response.

You should force Mikko to come up with some hearfelt charity case explaining why he can't plop down the cash for one. If it's good enough (and entertaining enough), pass on the good book free of charge.

He covers shipping accross the pond though. :D

Sorry guys, its going to ebay. I have sold a fair amount of stuff on ebay and I think that it is the best way for things like this. That is unless someone is willing to pay $60 plus shipping right now.

Dude, If you are going to use this site and get information from it, why not give something back?,
i.e. the opportunity for someone who might be need it!!

The book/dvd has already been sold not through ebay but to a friend of mine that just bought a dvx and needed to learn some of the more advanced features for a shoot that he has next week.
