went out the other day and shot some i can't really do much with it but here's some grabs tell me what you think.

Wow, your blues are incredible. Are these CCed?

THe second shot is a bit dark, especially on the face.

Shot 4 and 5 are amazing. The depth of field looks like you applied a filter for it.
 
thanks so much i have just been browsing the forum, and was a bit discouraged b/c everyones stuff is looking so great so i went out and just tryed some new stuff to see what gave me the best pic. its just standard dvx no filters, all i did was put the shutter to 1/1000 crank the iris way up and turn the nd to 1/8 to get alot of depth and just try to make my colors look as nice as i could in cam. i was going to post a grab before cc but not much of a diff at all some were a bit dark thats it. thanks so much for the compliments though
 
Nice looking colors and looking very crisp - however some of them look a tad sharp - this is especially apparent in #4. Looks like you really cranked up the detail and color levels in the camera...I'd say you should ease off a bit. Other than that, good stuff....and was the cursor from the DVX? :p
 
haha yea of course, no i downloaded quick snap you just click the frame and it snaps a pic and i always get my cursor in the way. yeah i tend to keep the detail levels low along with the shutter so i think i might have over done it this time.
