Drinking And Driving (A Film For My Eagle Projcet)

This film I am doing is called Drinking And Driving. Shot on my new HD camera - Canon HV10. And it's also my eagle project (boy scouts). I will also be putting it into film fests as well.

You could also say that it is an educational film for all teens. The film shows you what happens while drinking and driving. This film will be shown/given to all schools in the City I live in and now other schools and people are asking for it. (not released yet) just stills are up.

This is a serious subject and it's good that it shows how innocent people are hurt and/or killed by it. I was just wondering, where you told to do the boy scout project on drinking & driving or was it your choice?

I'm interested in seeing the whole thing...

no, i wasn't told. You get to choose your own project and last time I was in drivers ed about 2 yrs ago I remember they were all horible and it never actually showed what would really happen after a wreck or never showed a decent wreck that looked nice like someone flying out of a windshield for instance. So I chose to do a film on what happens if you drink while driving.
 
Hey, so a few months ago a sent this film into a few festivals and one of them was an online festival called Independent Features and it started May 5th and ends June 5th for viewing and voting of films. The top 28 get their films to another bigger festival in New York. There's a good portion of films from shorts to features. My film "Drinking and Driving" is a short of 11 minutes.

Now It would be great if yall could give me a hand in the voting process of giving it a decent vote. Just follow these instructions below.

Search Drinking and Driving, click the film, to the right click "Watch Now"

It will ask you to sign up, click sign up (you won't get newsletters and crap after signing) just sign up and right after you are done it will take you straight to the film and you can view other films to after registering.

After viewing if you would please vote with the "STARS" and that would be great! Would appreciate it!

I want to thank everyone who voted for the film for the festival. I just received an email today from the festival. Drinking and Driving made the Official Selection. (Top 21) and will now be screened on a big screen at the Tribeca Cinemas Theater 2 on July 26th at 7:30 P.M. in New York.
