Short Film shot with DVX100A

Pretty slow. Real artsy, love the feel.

Wasn't feeling the piercings lol.

Really sorry to hear about him dying from Amyloidosis. Really sucks.

Absolutely brilliant! I watched the entire thing. I just loved the artistic feel during the entire film; it does well to hold the viewer's attention. What did you use to edit?
Great job!

LOL yeah the whole "hipster" look...but i mean that's him, I didn't make him look a certain way, he just does. haha.

thanks

I edited this on Final Cut Pro for my editing concepts class...but i usually edit on both Avid and FCP.

wow...wow. You really made me care, that is filmmaking. When it ended it just gave me the saddest pit in my stomach...wow. Great work. I'm sorry about your friend.

Thanks for taking the time to watch it, it really does mean a lot to me.

When i watch it, it makes me feel.
I guess thats more than I could've ever asked for.

I usually make things and I'm okay just watching them, not real attachment...but this was so personal.

:-)

Thanks again man.

That's great, I really enjoyed it! I liked the composition on all your shots.

Your friend in the movie, did he write the music? Just wondering, since the film showed him with the little Korg keyboard there. I thought the music was a great match for the film. It reminded me of Boards of Canada.

I was very impressed with this. Excellent use of the camera. This film sincerely touched me. It's shorts like this that really make you stop and think of the importance of life. My heart goes out to your friend.
