MXF preview in Finder gone?

I know this has been discussed, but I do not think it has been resolved...

I used to be able to preview my MXF files in the column view of the finder window. Since upgrading to Leopard, this function no longer works for me. I am, however, able to view MXF files in QT (7.3), but that is hardly as convenient.

Has anyone been able to solve this problem?

I don't think I've ever viewed mxf files on their own on a Mac without something else installed, ie P2CMS or Raylight.
