Cool, I really would love to see it next to a Marshall.

DC do you think you could bring yours to put them side to side?

Nah... I don't have time to waste with little events like that, I'll just wait for the LA HVX meeting... :thumb:
 
I will be there, as an HVX newbie. I hope a lot of people bring their 35mm adapters. I will be the guy asking a lot of questions...

I have to bring the four bank Flo (FL-220) for you but I think that's all people were interested in outta my gear... Anyone wanted to mess with the Focus head? Anything esle?

I wish I could bring my computer after I get the production monitor and the speakers :D
 
I actually want to see the plastic version, it is much cheaper and it just might be strong enough... but with the extra cash that might be the only way to go... that's why I want to see the plastic one... I want to see if aluminum is necessary/worth it

defenitely NOT the flip... 1 1/2 stops is not worth it by any means... at ALL, especially when you should get a monitor and could simply flip that
 
it seems to be the most inexpensive yet practical. Barry and crew used it on thier entry into the horrorfest. Very crisp images, looked very much like scanne S16mm.

Meeting is 12 to 4PM, I see donaitons for "food and drinks" is this is a potlock? or is host providing food, if so what? Debating whether to eat beforehand or not...

Sure would hate to touch everyone's gear with greasy fingers...

Will there be tables there to put our stuff on or do we bring our own folding tables? Where are we meeting at anyways... A restaurant? conference room? or??? Wait, I reread the post seems like it is at a user's house, right?

I JUST bought a 24 inch Hi def PC monitor that supposedly will let you plug the HVX200 right into monitor with components cable and plug monitor in the wall and good to go... No PC needed. It is still in the box... If I bring it will I regret it (will it get doinged?) - I guess we could view some footage on it.
