Do not ever slow down 24p footage.

no realy man that was very nice, put like matt said dont slow down 24p with regular time remaping tools. use pixlemotion in AE.

Yeah I really wasn't too happy with the way the slo mo turned out. That was the best I could get from just messing around with percents and turning frame blending off. I also deinterlaced.

It wasn't 24p it was 60i.

I looked for about an hour on forums and such trying to find a good way to slow 60i down in fcp but I couldnt find anything that didnt take mass amounts of rendering time or used some other program such as AE.

Can anyone tell me the best way to slow it down using final cut pro alone.

The whole process was really new to me because I have never shot 60i with my camera and tryed to slow it down.
