Putting Footage back onto the P2 Cards

So I'm currently stuck in FCP 6.02 without an install disc in sight to revert to, but I did notice that I can grab footage from a card just fine, just not a hard drive. I have the lastclip.txt and contents folder from the card I shot on, but the card itself is now erased.

Is there a way I can copy the lastclip.txt and contents folder back onto the P2 card so I can pop that in and bring in my footage?

I have a P2 Store and an HVX. Should I use a certain one for this process?

Thanks Barry. I started using P2CMS, and I'm pointing it towards the folder where the Contents and LastClip.txt files are, but I keep getting a "Multiple Validation Errors Occured" Window. In fact, that comes up no matter where I point it.

I checked the manual, but I still can't figure out how to get the clips back onto the P2 cards from within P2CMS on a mac. Thanks for your current/future help.

No, I'm not running any Noise Industries Fx plugins. Why?
