Done with the XHA1 Canon during the 2nd Press Day. I was there for another job so this was a personal rush through , I've only covered 4 halls in the 5 hour. Hope you guys enjoy the cars .

The only thing bad I notice about the camera is that it goes crazy when you shoot red. The Viper and the Ferrari shots have alot of colour spilling. I guess most 1/3 CCD chip camera are like that. I should have paid more attention when shooting red. I know my DVX and my PDX10 does that too but this is major.

Go here for the show.....

You can view it in two different formats : Quicktime or Flash , Quicktime for better compression

IMHO there is toooo many zoom outs in the beginning. I think you need to jazz up the shots a little. For example cut a few quick shots the the beat once and a while, speed some shots up a little, use motion blue.
When you are shooting, get your safe shots. After that go crazy. Get some fast zooms, cantered angles and or some of the hot car girls.

With a video that long you need to do something to keep the viewers attention.

Try this. Make a 1 min version and use the absolute best stuff.
I bet if you post it people will like the shorter version more.

Hope this helps,
milvid

Cheers thanks for the tip, it was a rush through edit in 1 day, I'll do a shorter version when I'm done with my house renovation.

The setting on my present for this shoot was more towards Cinelook:

GAM 2 SHP -3 CMX 2 RGM 0
KNE M HDF M CGN 30 RBM 0
BLK P DHV 0 CPH 0 GRM 0
PED -9 COR 0 RGN -8 GBM 0
SET 0 NR1 0 GGN 0 BRN 0
NR2 0 BGN 0 BGM 0

Because of the hash enviroment of the lights I think it is better to tone it down abit and make it look Cine

Whoa those are some nice cars there:love4:
I like in the beginning where I think your traveling down some stairs that makes it look like you have a camera crane shot there

I do like this version alot better than the first one

anyway
Good Job
